Referral Service Disclosure
Pineywoods Septic is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All contractors/providers are independent and Pineywoods Septic does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on Pineywoods Septic.
Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.
We may receive a referral fee when a contractor in our network accepts your job. This fee is paid by the contractor and does not increase your cost. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor we refer. Licensed septic contractors in Texas should hold an OSSF license from TCEQ — verify at tceq.texas.gov.
How Pineywoods Septic Works
Finding a qualified septic contractor in Montgomery County isn't always straightforward. The county has a large septic install base, strict TCEQ regulatory requirements (especially for aerobic systems), and soil conditions that require contractors who know the area.
Pineywoods Septic maintains a network of licensed local contractors who service Conroe and the surrounding Montgomery County area — Willis, Montgomery, Magnolia, Cut and Shoot, Panorama Village, Grangerland, and surrounding unincorporated communities. When you call, we route your request to a contractor who covers your area and performs the type of service you need.
- All contractors in our network are licensed for OSSF work in Texas
- We do not charge you a fee — calls are free
- We may receive a referral fee from the contractor when they accept your job
- You receive a free estimate from the contractor before any work is authorized
- You deal directly with the contractor for all work, pricing, and scheduling
